Our Leadership
Chris Boland
President
Chris started with the company as an Estimator in 1975. He rose through the ranks to General Manager, to Vice President, and became a Shareholder in 1984. In 1988, Chris became the majority Shareholder and President of the company.
Norman Waters
Senior Vice President
Norm started with the company as Vice President of Sales and Estimating in 1987. Norm had worked as an Estimator in the commercial roofing industry for ten years before being recruited to work for Quality Roofing. In 1988, Norm became a Shareholder and Senior Vice President of the company.
James Boland
Vice President of Sales and Estimating
As current Vice President of Sales and Estimating, James oversees new and existing customer relationships, new business acquisition and project management. James also coordinates communication with consultants, vendors, architects, and manufacturers.
Don Adams
Superintendent
With over 40 years at Quality Roofing, Don has seen and done it all. Since 1975, Don has worked as a Roofer, a Foreman, and now oversees all day-to-day operations in his role as Superintendent. Don is the primary project contact during construction phase and manages the logistics for inventory and equipment.
Brian Lane
Service Manager and Estimator
The newest member of the management team, Brian is the primary contact for repair and maintenance work for new and existing customers. Brian oversees day-to-day operations in the service department and serves as an Estimator for repairs and maintenance.

Quality Roofing is a charter member of the Midwest Roofing Contractors Association (MRCA) and the Associated Roofing Contractors of Greater Kansas City, Inc. We are also a member of the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) and the Builders Association of Missouri.
